Description
The portable backpack fire pump Fyrpak is a professional solution designed for vegetation fire fighting operations, including forest fires, brush fires and hard-to-access intervention zones.
It can be used both for direct fire attack and for supplying hydraulic relay lines in the field.
Specifically developed for operational interventions, this backpack pump combines hydraulic power, mechanical reliability and excellent carrying comfort for the operator.
The motor-pump assembly is mounted on a Sherpa aluminum carrying frame, providing optimized ergonomics for extended missions.
The carrying system includes a 5-size adjustable back support, ergonomic mesh-padded shoulder straps, a ventilated back panel, as well as a waist belt with chest strap to improve stability and reduce fatigue during transport.
The fire pump is powered by a 2-stroke USMP engine delivering 8 HP at 7000 rpm, equipped with an automatic starter and a spark arrestor exhaust system, ensuring a safety level suitable for fire-prone environments.
The pumping system is based on a hard anodized aluminum centrifugal pump combined with a high-strength bronze impeller. An additional priming pump is supplied and integrated into the unit to facilitate rapid field start-up.
