Description
The EVO5 avalanche transceiver, the latest addition to the ARVA range, is a digital device with 3 antennas to improve the chances of detection, a 3-position slider, an extra-large screen, backlit display and a central marker button that offers easy handling of the device during the search.
The marking function allows the identification of victims already located and management of interference from smartphones and other electronic devices, as well as the automatic return to transmission in the event of over-avalanche, which ensures a high level of safety.
It has a 50 m search band width.
The group check and the turn indication complete the functionality of the device for ease of use.
The digital signal processing allows for efficient guidance of the rescuer to the burial area and the U-turn alarm brings the rescuer back to the right direction in case of a move away.
It is delivered with a carrying strap and a leash.
It works with one AA alkaline battery.
