EVO4 + Avalanche transceiver
Description
The EVO4 avalanche transceiver is a digital device with 3 antennas to improve the chances of detection when searching for the signal, a backlit display. It allows for fast and accurate locating as well as signal analysis and the function of marking multiple buried persons.
It has a 40 m search band width and the marking function which allows to identify already located victims.
The group-check and the turn-around indication complete the functionality for easy operation of the device.
The EVO4 is equipped with the CLIP FOR SAFE system, which guarantees the user an automatic start of the device when closing the shoulder strap.
The digital signal processing allows an efficient guidance of the rescuer to the burial area.
It works with alkaline batteries (LR03/AAA) for an average autonomy of 250 hours in transmission mode and at least 40 hours in reception.
