Description
Designed for professionals working at heights, the AIR STOP cam-operated descender stands out for its robustness, enhanced safety and adaptability to heavy loads. Compliant with standard EN 12841-C, it guarantees controlled descent, even in demanding conditions.
The AIR STOP adapts to different rope diameters to meet the varied needs of users:
- 9 mm rope: maximum working load 130 kg
- 10 to 12 mm rope: maximum working load 200 kg
For maximum safety, the rope is passed through without unclipping the device. This design reduces the risk of falling equipment at height and minimises handling errors. Each descender has a unique serial number for full traceability.
The AIR STOP is designed to offer total control of the descent speed, with a limit set at 2 metres per second. It features a powerful anti-panic function, with two locking positions to stop the descent if the lever loses control.
The elongated control lever ensures that movements are more gradual, for fine, comfortable control of the descent, even over long distances.
