Description
The CLUTCH device is designed for rope access and rescue professionals.
It stands out for its great versatility: effective as a descender, it can also be used for rope ascents, avoiding the need to change equipment.
The CLUTCH features a ribbed sheave and a stainless steel ratchet for secure rope hold with audible anti-reverse.
Its innovative double-locking flange, independent of the attachment point, prevents accidental opening.
The force-limiting sheave protects against overloading, and an anti-panic function automatically locks the rope in place if excessive force is exerted on the handle.
Suitable for rope diameters from 10.5 to 11mm.
Complies with standards: NFPA 1983 (G), ANSI Z359.4, EN 12841/C, 341/2A and 15151/8 (up to 200 m/240 kg).
