It has been specially designed for use on a horizontal lifeline (rope or cable) or an elevating platform, without the need for a split.
- Excellent shock absorption with progressive tearing of the energy-absorbing webbing.
- Use for weights between 60 and 140 kilograms
- Maximum length of 200 cm to CE standard EN 355 or 183 cm to ANSI standard Z359.13
- Compactness of the energy absorber means it takes up very little space
- Progress assured by the elasticated webbing strand
- Wear protection for the absorber thanks to the resistant fabric pouch and its simplified opening system
The ABSORBICA-I FLEX 150 CM lanyard from PETZL can be attached to the harness in two ways:
- With a carabiner held in place by a STRING accessory, supplied with the lanyard
- With an openable RING OPEN ring for optimum positioning
