ARES safety helmet from CAMP
Description
The ARES safety helmet is ideal for working on the ground and at height.
Robust and comfortable, its shell is made from a blend of ABS and polycarbonate, and is fully enclosed to protect against electrical hazards and molten metal splashes. Its energy-absorbing inner shell is made from high-density EPS foam.
The ARES helmet also features Air Confort System internal padding made from thermoformed absorbent material to ensure comfort and breathability.
Technical features :
- Adjustable straps for greater comfort.
- Polyamide headband, height-adjustable at the front and rear by means of a knob.
For smaller heads, an adapter can be fitted to the front of the helmet to optimise centring.
- The chinstrap is removable and fitted with a buckle to perform the safety release function between 15 and 25 kg.
- Attachments for ear muffs, protective visor and headlamp.
Certifications:
- EN 397, which includes four optional requirements: lateral deformation (LD), electrical insulation (440 V AC), very low temperature (-20°C), molten metal splash (MM).
- EN 50365 Class 0, for use in the vicinity of electrical installations up to 1000 V a.c. or 1500 V d.c.
- American standard ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 Class C.
Available in 7 colours and fitted with an NFC TRACK chip for digital identification.
