Description
Some sports require specific equipment to ensure safety in all situations. PETZL's METEOR helmet is designed for climbing, mountaineering and ski touring - and is CE-certified as a ski touring helmet.
- Comfortable to wear thanks to its light weight (225 g to 240 g depending on size) and In-Mold technology (an impact-resistant polycarbonate outer shell permanently bonded with EPS foam).
- Reinforcement around ventilation openings and grooves
- A covering shape to limit impact on the sides, front and rear
- Designed according to Petzl's TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION label
- Designed to fit over a ski mask
- Easy adjustment, with or without gloves
- Front hooks and back elastic band for headlamp attachment
Please note: the PETZL METEOR helmet does not meet the requirements of the EN 1077 helmet standard for alpine skiers.
