Description
Moorings are often used in climbing and mountaineering to secure anchor points or to build belay systems. PETZL's WIRE STROP steel anchor combines strength and durability for increased safety when working at height.
Solid design with :
- Galvanized steel (corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain and reliable)
- Polyurethane sheathing with anti-UV treatment
Distinctly sized ends offer several possibilities for installing a mooring:
- On an anchor
- Around a mooring structure
- Lark's head on a mooring structure, using attachment points of various sizes
Easy-to-handle equipment:
- Excellent connector retention in the right position and easy snap-fastening with the plastic sheath
- Individual identification markings enable you to monitor the device throughout its use
Available in five different lengths: 50 cm (220 g), 100 cm (320 g), 150 cm (420 g), 200 cm (520 g) and 300 cm (720 g).
The PETZL WIRE STROP is not EN 13414 compliant.
