Description
The mask consists of the following components:
Outer skirt with a double sealing lip, ergonomic design, and flange.
Panoramic eye shield providing a wide field of vision.
Connector group that integrates the expiration membrane, sound capsule, sealing ring/valve seat, and inhalation valve into a single housing.
Inner half-mask.
Five-point harness.
Shoulder strap.
Usage:
This mask is compatible with negative pressure respirators equipped with a threaded connector according to EN 148-1, such as filters, compressed air supply systems, assisted respirators, etc.

Regarding respiratory resistance, the measurements are as follows:
For a test flow rate of 25 cycles per minute with 2 liters per cycle, the maximum inspiratory pressure is 2.5 mbar, measured at 1.30 mbar, and the maximum expiratory pressure is 3.0 mbar, measured at 1.8 mbar.
At a flow rate of 30 liters per minute, the inspiratory pressure is 0.5 mbar and the expiratory pressure is 0.15 mbar.
At a flow rate of 95 liters per minute, the inspiratory pressure is 1.5 mbar and the expiratory pressure is 0.60 mbar.
For inward leakage, the maximum permitted leakage for NaCl aerosol is 0.05%, with a measured penetration of 0.0013%.

This is a full-face mask of Class 3 according to the EN 136:1998 standard and complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
