Description
Are you looking for an integrated solution specially designed to facilitate zip-line rescue? That's the aim of PETZL's REEVE pulley, a compact piece of equipment with limited height and number of connectors.
The triple-action opening of the mobile flange makes the pulley easy to handle, even when wearing gloves. It is possible to install a rope while maintaining the connection between the equipment and the anchor. A red light warns you if the flange lock is missing.
Two large-diameter sheaves on sealed ball bearings guarantee high performance when moving. You can fine-tune the system before placing it on the main rope.
PETZL's REEVE pulley meets a wide range of needs, depending on the situation:
- Possible doubling of the system by joining two REEVE pulleys, if the ropes are close enough (if not, by connecting the pulley to the top hole).
- A pulley that can be used in a hauling system
- Compatible holes for passing ropes or webbing to create a direct connection
- 19 mm holes allow most carabiners to be turned around
- A balanced system with an odd number of connection holes
The pulley can be used by up to three people at the same time.
