PETZL TWIN RELEASE double release pulley for setting up 4:1 hauling systems. Ideal for work in small spaces and technical rescues.
Description
For work in confined spaces and technical rescues, it's vital to be equipped with specific devices. PETZL's TWIN RELEASE blocking pulley combines several advantages for successful missions.
- A pinless cam, lockable in the open position and disengageable using the ergonomic handle
- Excellent control when lowering heavy loads, thanks to the brake integrated into the main mobile flange
- High efficiency for 4:1 reeving systems with large-diameter, ball-bearing sheaves mounted in parallel
- A faceted main sheave with a single direction of rotation (optimum hoisting performance and fewer areas of friction with the rope)
- Simple triple-action opening of movable flanges
- Red indicator lights when flanges are unlocked
- Rope can be installed without removing the anchoring device
- A hole in the handle for a remote control cord
- A swivel to guide the pulley under load, with an additional attachment point for easier manoeuvring (accommodating a maximum of three carabiners).
