EOM FOREST FIRE PROTECTION HELMET
Firefighter's herlmet designed for fighting forest fires
Description
Firefighter helmet specially designed for forest firefighting and technical rescue, certified Category III to the following standards:
- EN 16471:2014 (Helmets for forest fire fighting)
- EN 16473:2014 (Helmets for technical rescue)
- EN 12492:2012 (Helmets for mountaineering)
- EN 1385:2012 (Protective helmets for canyoning and white-water sports)
The helmet comprises the following components:
- Shell
- Ventilation system
- Adjustable chinstrap with chin strap and quick-release clip
- Waist adjustment knob
- Front comfort foam
- Neck comfort foam
All components are detachable and replaceable.
Supplied with EN 166:2001 and EN 14458:2004 certified safety glasses.
Technical specifications:
Shell
Made of glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic. The hull is semi-enveloped in shape, with a longitudinal rib with rounded edges (crest), which is thinner at the rear and flares out at the front. The rear part is curved to facilitate water flow. The upper part, parallel to the crest, is equipped with 10 ventilation holes with protective grids designed to facilitate sliding. A series of openings and slots on the sides of the helmet allow the attachment of visors, head harness and other accessories. Lamp holders on left and right sides.
Available colors: red, yellow, white, blue, black
Options: fluorescent orange and yellow, photoluminescent.
Head harness
4 attachment points for maximum stability:
- Adjustable straps made of flame-retardant webbing, color black
- Rectangular ring and buckle for adjustment
- Opening/closing clip
Suspension harness
Adjustable 4-point suspension straps in mesh with leather edges.
Front comfort foam
Made of breathable velvet.
Neck comfort foam
Made of breathable velvet. The neck comfort foam adapts to the Velcro waist adjustment system for optimum adjustment to the shape of the neck.

Helmet weight: 780 g +/- 10 g
