Description
Skiers like to spend hours on the slopes. However, if crevasse rescue is to be carried out, it's essential to have the right equipment. PETZL's RAD SYSTEM complete kit is ideal for getting you out of tricky situations.
The kit includes :
- A 30-metre RAD LINE 6 mm rope, specially developed for crevasse rescue, abseiling and glacier roping.
- Three Sm'D SCREW-LOCK carabiners
- TIBLOC rope clamp
- NANO TRAXION pulley block
- 120 cm ST'ANNEAU sling
- All equipment in a storage bag
Advantages of the kit :
- A folded cord, ready to use, without knots or twists
- Two loops on the outside of the pouch for attaching the kit to a harness or backpack
- All kit accessories can be attached to the strap loops at the top of the bag
- Spindle holders located on the pouch
- An extra-light 660-gram cord
- A flexible rope designed with a rough sheath for a good grip, ensuring perfectly controlled abseiling
- Hyperstatic cord elongation of less than 2% to simplify rescue operations
