Rigid double PETZL RING2RING adapted for leg harnesses with textile bridles. Ideal for helicopter rescue operations and simplifying access to the connection point.
Description
Some operations require ultra-reliable equipment to ensure everyone's safety. This is particularly true of helicopter rescue operations, where caution is of the essence when rescuing a person in danger. PETZL's RING2RING provides an additional safety solution.
A device that doubles the textile ring:
- A better way to organize the assembly of equipment (lanyard, ascender, descender, etc.).
- A more rigid ventral attachment point to optimize positioning and simplify karabiner attachment
- Possible orientation under tension
- Possibility of connecting a harness if suspension lasts longer than expected
Equipment specially designed for helicopter rescue:
- A small ring to enable the winch operator to easily walk alongside the rescuer inside the helicopter.
- A larger diameter ring, capable of supporting heavier weights such as backpacks.
