Working in the wind energy sector requires top-of-the-range equipment. The aim: to ensure the safety of professionals. The PETZL VOLT WIND INT fall arrest and support harness is ideal for wind energy work.
The harness features belt and back protectors. These features minimize wear and tear on the straps, and provide great comfort when moving around the wind turbine shaft.
Fast installation:
- Belt with FAST LT PLUS buckle for easy opening and closing
- FAST LT buckles on the thighs for feet-on-the-ground donning, with no loss of adjustment
- Belt and shoulder straps with DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles
- Easy adaptation of thigh padding
Maximized comfort:
- Waistband and thigh straps designed to be lightweight and breathable
- Foam shoulder straps positioned away from the neck to redistribute the load from the waistband to the shoulders
- A LADDER CLIMB ventral attachment point that can be adjusted for different activities (support, progression, suspension...)
- Side loops for attaching a harness
PETZL's international version of the VOLT WIND harness is easy to use. The side attachment points can be folded down when not in use, and the MGO connectors can be stored in a specially designed system. Equipment holders, a TOOLBAG tool pouch and loops for CARITOOL tool holders add to this versatile harness.
