Fire approach kit with simplified overboots
Description
This aluminized set complies with EN 1486 and comprises jacket, pants, overboots, hood and gloves, making it ideal for work in close proximity to fire. This makes it suitable for a wide range of trades, including foundries, iron and steel works, the metal industry, oil platforms, etc.
SET FEATURES :
- Aluminized jacket with hook-and-loop closure under flap and snap fasteners. Made with 100% flame-retardant cotton lining, aluminized fiberglass interlayer and carbon felt insulation.
- Aluminized pants with suspenders, made with 100% flame-retardant cotton lining and interlayer.
- Aluminized balaclava with 3 mm clear polycarbonate screen and 1 mm gold polycarbonate screen.
- Fiberglass helmet integrated into the hood, and front of hood adapted for use with a mask with valve on request.
- Simplified aluminized overboots with aluminized shaft lined in 100% flame-retardant cotton and multi-layer soles for walking on floors up to 400°C.
Rear opening and tab closure on each overboots with ankle strap.
- Aluminized gloves with inner jersey lining, total length 40 cm.
COMPOSITION
Fireshield complex: Aluminized Aramid fabric 300g/m² - Carbon felt insulation 320g/m² - Aluminized glass fabric 135g/m² - Flame-retardant cotton 185g/m².
100% flame-retardant cotton lining for jacket and pants.
Available in sizes M to XXL.
